8th grade showed potential and lack of pract/game time on floor all in same weekend. Started with a good win vs Atlanta Knicks as KJ Walton and Jalen Coleman lead the team with hot shooting in 1st half. The Hoosiers struggled vs a very good cincy knights team that showed that they are a National contender and worthy of the #2 ranking. Sunday after a good team talk and adjustments in scheme the Hoosiers made inside play the target and Gillis and Hardesty answered the bell as Walton and Coleman came up with easier buckets and more assist as we defeated a good Ohio Elite team and a very good Buckeye Prep squad. Guard play from Terrell and Williams help keep the teams at bay as the inside guys as well as the scoring guards delivered many high percentage hoops. We were able to get back to the championship game where we were able to stay in the game in single digits despite giving them too many 3 point shots and early foul trouble. inside play and rebounding was much improved from saturday and we showed that after 2 practices as a team we can contend with the best around. We will add another  6'6" versitile player to this group and we look to contend in Orlando.
